Paige Elenson is a major force in the world
and the co-founder of the Africa Yoga Project, which currently brings yoga to over 250,000 people each year in Africa. In this episode of Practically Conscious, I talk with Paige about how she started on this journey, living in Kenya, her amazing teacher training program where students from the west travel to Africa and sponsor two local aspiring yoga teachers, plus the Seva Safari opportunity for service in Kenya.
Additionally, Paige and I talk about transforming limitations into possibilities, using meditation and yoga to figure out what is important to you, plus the tools and the skill sets you can develop to make things possible.
