017 Markus Rothkranz – On Raw Food, Raw Truth, and Having Tons of Fun!

Living the Yoga Life

017 Markus Rothkranz – On Raw Food, Raw Truth,…

 Markus Rohkranz 017

In this episode of Practically Conscious, I talk with movie director,

author, artist, and raw food expert, Markus Rothkranz.  Markus has had a profound effect on my life and his book Heal Yourself 101 helped me when doctors couldn’t.  Markus lives his own truth, is always having fun, and is full of passion.  He wasn’t always this way.  His life was full of health issues and unhappiness until he gave up everything and walked naked into the desert.  From that experience, he lost all fear and came back focused on enjoying life.  The result is that he is one of the most successful people we have had on the podcast, both financially and in terms of leading a fulfilling life.

In this episode, Markus shares tons of valuable information for leading a healthy, fun, and fulfilling life.

HI – I’m trying to get some answers to a few questions that Markus doesn’t seem to address

    1. What about beans – they are never mentioned in any videos – why?

    2. What about Kombucha or Rejuvelac? (he does mention Sauerkraut)

    3. Food combining?
