023 Ally Hamilton – Teaching the Tools for Healing

23 ally hamilton-2

Today’s Guest Ally Hamilton talks about finding herself at the head of a global yoga community

and teaching the tools for healing.  Ally is a fan of taking what she calls “the short hard road” of facing your demons, rather than running from them and spending a lifetime struggling.

It was a great pleasure to talk with Ally and she echoes what all of us parents know, that our kid can be our best teachers… enjoy!
