021 Dada Nabhaniilananda – The Monk Dude

In this episode of Practically Conscious, I talk with Nabhaniilananda, also know as ‘the monk dude’.

Born in New Zealand, Dada had a profound spiritual experience at 19 years old that led him to become a Yoga Monk of Ananda Marga in 1979.  Dada currently lives in California and teaches meditation at such places as Google, Facebook, and UC Berkley.

A 10 Minute Morning Yoga Routine

I often set the bar low,

because like most of us I am often busy. But we can all find 10 minutes in the morning to take a few deep breaths, move around a little, and do a quick guided meditation to get us in a good mind set to have a great day.
