Angelo on Exhibit

I encourage you to see Angelo’s paintings in person, as the web does not do them justice, but if you can’t, here is his website www.angelomesiscopaintings.com   Angelo and Chris   We also talk about growing up in times of inequality, treating others as we would treat ourselves, and the gift of enjoying your work. You will also hear about the MoMA, Pablo Picasso, and Jackson Pollock: Museum of Modern Art MoMA

I found Angelo’s view of meditation to be very interesting.  He doesn’t see meditation as saving the world,  but as a tool which people may or may not use properly.  He recommends headspace.com as a great place for guided meditations.
